Overview
CM1348 is a low-noise, 24-bit ΔΣ ADC that supports 16 single-ended inputs or 8 differential input pairs. It can operate in either single conversion mode or continuous conversion mode: in single conversion mode, the maximum data rate is 29.5kSPS, while in continuous conversion mode, the maximum data rate is 125kSPS. The device includes an internal PLL circuit, which can boost a 32.768kHz crystal oscillator clock to 15.729MHz for use as the system clock. It can also accept an external clock up to 16MHz for the system clock.
CM1348 has a system self-test function, allowing the reading of supply voltage, internal temperature, reference voltage, gain, offset voltage, and other data through registers. It supports serial SPI communication, enabling configuration of input channels, data rates, GPIO, detection functions, etc.
