Overview
The CM1310 is a precision, low-power, SPI-compatible 24-bit ΔΣ ADC. It integrates a low-noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA), two programmable output current sources (IDACs), a voltage reference, an oscillator, a low-side switch, and a precision temperature sensor. These features make the CM1310 well suited for measuring small signals such as resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, thermistors, and bridge sensors.
The CM1310 supports data conversion rates up to 2 kSPS and achieves single-cycle settling. The input multiplexer (MUX) provides four single-ended inputs or two differential input pairs. For industrial applications, the digital filter provides simultaneous 50 Hz and 60 Hz rejection at a sampling rate of 20 SPS. When the PGA is enabled, pseudo-differential or fully differential inputs are supported; when the PGA is disabled, the device still offers high input impedance, gain up to 4 V/V, and supports single-ended measurements.
The CM1310 is available in a TSSOP16 package and operates over a temperature range of −40°C to 125°C.
