CM5407 5V, 7V, and 10V Precision Voltage References.

Overview
The CM5405, CM5407, and CM5400 are high-precision voltage reference chips. Operating over a wide supply voltage range of 7.2V to 40V, they deliver highly stable outputs of 5V, 7V, and 10V, respectively, with minimal variation due to input voltage fluctuations. These devices support bidirectional load currents of up to 10mA.

Utilizing proprietary circuit technology and precision resistor trimming, the CM5405/CM5407/CM5400 achieve an extremely low temperature drift coefficient of just 3ppm/°C (max).

Housed in an SOP8 package, these devices are designed for optimal performance across an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
