LDO CM6111 20V, 200mA, ultra-low noise, ultra-high PSRR

Overview

The CM6111 is a high-performance low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator, designed with ultra-low noise and ultra-high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) structures, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications. The CM6111 integrates a high-precision current reference and a high-performance voltage buffer, and with a single external resistor, it can set the output voltage. Thanks to this design, multiple chips can be paralleled to further reduce noise, increase output current, and improve heat dissipation on the PCB.

The CM6111 can provide 200mA of output current with a typical voltage drop of 350mV. Its typical static current during normal operation is 2mA, and less than 1μA in shutdown mode. It delivers stable and excellent performance across a wide output voltage range of 1.7V to 15V, with minimal impact on output noise, PSRR, bandwidth, and load regulation. Additionally, the regulator features programmable current limiting, fast startup, and a PG (power-good) indicator.

The CM6111 requires a minimum 4.7μF ceramic capacitor on the output for stable operation. It also includes current-limit protection and over-temperature protection to ensure the safety of the entire system.

The CM6111 comes in MSOP10 and DFN10 packages, with an optimal operating temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
