OverviewThe CM5415 is a precision reference source that operates within a wide supply voltage range of 7.2V to 40V. It provides a stable 5V output with minimal variation against input voltage fluctuations and supports bidirectional load currents of up to 10mA.
Utilizing patented circuit design, the CM5415 ensures excellent noise performance and extremely low temperature drift, making it an ideal voltage reference for any high-precision
application.
The CM5415 is available in an SOP8 package and operates over a maximum temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
