Overview
The CM5102 is an ultra-high precision bandgap voltage reference chip. It can provide an output of 2.5V or 3.0V within an input voltage range of 4V to 36V, and supports a maximum bidirectional current load of 10mA. The low initial error, low temperature drift, low output noise and strong driving capability of the CM5102 make it an ideal partner for high-resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs), as well as any high-precision applications.
The TEMP pin of the CM5102 outputs a voltage that linearly changes with temperature and can be used as a temperature sensor.
The CM5102 can be provided in a SOP8 package, with a maximum operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
