Overview
The CM3432 is a 14-bit, dual-channel, integrated pipelined Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a maximum sampling rate of 250 MSPS, designed to provide a solution for low-cost, small-size, wide-bandwidth, and versatile communication applications.

The core of the CM3432 employs a seven-stage differential pipelined architecture, integrated with digital calibration logic and output error correction logic to achieve superior SNR and SFDR performance. On the input side, this ADC supports a wide input bandwidth, offering flexible selection of the input range. On the output side, it utilizes a 14-bit LVDS parallel interface, with the two channels' data output in an interleaved or multiplexed manner. For external circuitry: it integrates a precision voltage reference and can provide an input common-mode voltage, simplifying the design of external circuits. For configuration: all functions can be easily configured via a 3-wire SPI interface.

The CM3432 utilizes proprietary technology to significantly optimize power consumption. Operating at a 250 MSPS sampling rate, its typical power consumption is only 322 mW. The chip also supports a power-down mode, where power consumption is drastically reduced to 4.9 mW.

The CM3432 is offered in a QFN64 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
